SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders typically ship within 2 business days of being placed. Delivery time after that depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may take an additional 7–12 business days. International orders shipping to Europe include an additional shipping charge at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your cart and destination.

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue — there's no need to send the item back.

This doesn't cover minor size variations (normal for made-to-order goods), delivery issues caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout, or items lost due to buyer error.

Email us at shopescotees@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo showing the problem, and we'll get a replacement or refund started right away.
